CHAS eService Portal

The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) enables all Singapore Citizens, to receive subsidies for medical and/or dental care at participating General Practitioner (GP) and dental clinics.

If you wish to apply/renew for CHAS or view your CHAS status, please login to the CHAS e-Service.

Call the CHAS hotline at 1800-275-2427 (1800-ASK-CHAS), Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm (excluding Public Holidays).

Scheduled Maintenance

The CHAS online application e-Service will not be available on every third or fourth Saturday of the month, 10:00PM to 10:00AM due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
The CHAS online application e-Service will undergo weekly database maintenance activities on every Sunday from 9:00AM to 7:00PM starting from 28 June 2026 to 04 Oct 2026 to ensure continuity of service reliability and responsiveness. During this time, CHAS e-Service will remain available but users may experience slowness/timeouts due to ongoing activity in the database. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All Singapore Citizens are eligible for CHAS. Lower- to middle-income households receive higher healthcare subsidies. Benefits are tiered by household monthly income per person (for households with income), or Annual Value (AV) of home as shown on the NRIC (for households without income).

Please note that you and your Family Members will be assessed for eligibility for CHAS based on income and other personal information available in government databases. The information provided in this form may result in an update to your and/or your household members' eligibility for other government healthcare schemes, such as subsidies for MediShield Life Premiums, disability schemes, etc.
